Request a ride
- Enter the pickup address. Enter the pickup address. If the address is already there by default, tap "Where to?"
To choose a different address, tap Change address or move the pin on the map.
- Enter your destination address to see the ride price in advance.
You can add up to 3 additional stops (tap ). They must be added before you confirm the ride request.
- Choose a service class and payment method.
After you request a ride, you can change the payment method from cash to card. If there are several cards linked to your account, you can choose any of them. Just swipe the menu up at the bottom of the screen, and change the payment method.
- You can add additional ride information.
If you're going to be traveling with a child but the Kids service class isn't available, include a comment before confirming your request. You can also call the driver to check if they have a child safety seat.
If you have your own child safety seat, you can choose any service class, just make sure you warn the driver ahead of time.
Please always tell you driver if you're going to be traveling with a pet or large luggage.
Tap Confirm.
Rate your driver after the ride. A driver's rating determines if they can continue driving with us.
To cancel a ride request while still searching for a car, tap Cancel ride at the bottom of the screen.
If a car has already been assigned, swipe the menu up at the bottom with information about the car, driver and ride, and tap Cancel ride.
Please note that you will be charged a fee if you cancel a ride request after the car has arrived.
