Get a ride receipt

At the end of a ride, we can send you a:

Ride report
Payment receipt
E-receipt

To get a ride report after every ride, add your email in the app. We'll email you a link to confirm your ride report subscription. That's it! Now you'll receive ride reports automatically.

Drivers will give you a payment receipt upon request. If you forgot to ask for a payment receipt at the end of a ride, please contact the taxi company directly.

E-receipts are available if you paid for the ride by card. You can find them in your ride history by selecting a ride and tapping the fare.

E-receipts are also sent by push notifications. Make sure they are enabled in your phone's settings. To ensure notifications are always sent on iPhones and iPads, update your operating system to the latest version.
